4-Way flat connectors handle the basic electrical needs between a vehicle and a trailer. These are used primary on light duty trailers that require only limited lighting functions. The standard 2-wire systems is broken down into; right turn, left turn , tail light and all circuits share a common ground. The stop light and the turn signals share the same light bulb on both the vehicle and the trailer.

Insta-Plug Connectors
The REESE Towpower 4-wire flat professional series inst-plug kit is designed to make wiring a 4-way flat trailer connector a very simple process. Simply load the wires into the connector, close the cover, and screw it down and you are ready to use the 4-way flat connector. It features cool blue LED indicator lights to test the trailer end circuit.

Connector – “Y” Wishbone
The REESE Towpower 4-way flat wishbone is designed for boat trailers were wires running down both sides of the trailer are required. Each of the split wires are bonded together for a cleaner look and easier wiring.
• Features a split harness for running wires down each side of trailer
• 18 gauge bonded wire on each side
• Conforms to SAE spec. J1128
Connector – Loops
The REESE Towpower 4-way flat complete connector loop is designed to handle basic lighting connections on small trailers. It features 18 gauge bonded wire and conforms to SAE spec J1128 which will allow it to fit most 4-flat connectors on the market. The loop style connector can be used as an extension or cut and spliced to meet your needs when repairing existing connectors on either the vehicle or the trailer.
