Highland rubber tarp straps with hooks are constructed of high quality black EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)  rubber which is UV and Ozone resistant. Highland tarp straps will not rot or lose stretchability due to weathering from outdoor elements. S-Hooks will not bend or break under normal use.

• 15”
• 21”
• 41”
